Ingredients:
230g cream cheese
250ml cream
2 large sweet potato
2 tbs paprika
1 tbs mixed herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Mix together cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and herbs until smooth.
Wash, peel and slice sweet potato into thin discs.
Place a layer of sweet potato slices into an oven proof dish, scoop a few heaped spoons of creamy mixture over the sweet potato layer. Continue the layering and place the rest of the cream mixture over the top.
Bake in 180C preheated oven for approximately an hour, uncovered.
