Single Paged Banting Lists

I know many are using Facebook Lite to conserve space on their phones, so taking many screenshots and saving many pictures just isn't viable for you. Here you have one of two options - "Save" the page as a bookmark and come back to it every time you need to, or save just the one picture as your official lists!

To save the page, at the top, there is a "menu" - click on it - then next to the "Share" arrow there is a sort of tab - click on that - it will then be in your saved facebook links

To save the picture, at the top, there is a "menu" (three dots) - click on it. Click on the "Open with..." and choose your browser. Once there, Click on the picture and save it. 





How to use these lists:
Green is the "Always" List. Orange is the "sometimes" list and Red is the "Never" List.
What does this mean? Well, daily you can always eat from the Green list - whereas sometimes you want something from the orange list which is fine...but the never list is there to show you the foods you should never use - either because they are high carb or because they're just not healthy for you. 

The "Always" list contains items that are either less than 6g/100g net carbs or there for flaavouring purposes only (like in the case of onions which are technically orange list if not used for flavouring!). The "Sometimes" list contains items that are between 6g/100g net carbs and 25g/100g net carbs - with the exception of honey - which is only used in moderation or in the case of activating yeast so the yeast can feed off the honey...
