Peanut and Almond Clusters


Ingredients:


250ml Banting Blvd Almond Cluster Premix

150ml Melted Coconut oil

250ml Peanuts

Extra sweetener to taste (I added 1 TBS)


Method:


In a bowl, mix together above ingredients and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Prepare a muffin tin with muffin cases (I used mini muffin pan)

Mix mixture well again.

Fill muffin cases with the mixture - I got 15 mini ones from the mixture above.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from fridge and from muffin cases and enjoy.

To store, keep refrigerated in airtight container.
