Ingredients:
500g beef mince
1 large tomato paste
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 TBS paprika
2 TBS Italian herbs
Pinch bicarb
2 TSP sweetener
1 onion, chopped
1 TBS garlic, crushed
Method:
Brown mince, add onion and garlic and stir through.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste along with sweetener, bicarb and salt.
Add herbs and paprika then add half a cup of water.
Allow to cook on low/medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Serve on zoodles or similar
