Ingredients:
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1/2 tin water
1 tbs butter or oil of choice
1 tbs chopped garlic
2 tbs mixed or italian herbs
Pinch of salt
Add some paprika if you wish - optional
Method:
In a pot, melt down butter, then add garlic. Fry for a minute or so, then add the remaining ingredients. Turn the heat down to medium and stir occasionally until sauce reaches thick consistency.
