Rich, Creamy Chicken Livers in Napoletana Sauce


Ingredients:


500g chicken livers, trimmed

1 onion, sliced

1 tin chopped tomatoes

2 tbs butter

1 tbs olive oil

1 tbs garlic

1 tbs paprika

Salt to taste

100ml red wine

50ml cream

4 the carb smart sriracha mayo


Method:


Add olive oil to a pot, then saute onion until translucent.

Add garlic, paprika, butter, wine and tinned tomatoes to pot.

Allow to simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add sriracho mayo and cream and stir.

Add trimmed chicken livers and cook until livers are cooked through.

Serve on a bed of chopped fried cabbage or cauliflower rice.
