Ingredients:
6 radish
1 avo
1 small punnet baby tomatoes
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Cube avo, add lemon juice and toss together to coat.
Slice radish thinly, add to avo.
Halve tomatoes, add to avo and radish.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, toss and enjoy.
