Ingredients:
400g pork mince
3 tbs heba pap
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
Carbsmart Sticky Braai sauce
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix mince, heba, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper together.
Wet hands and then roll meatballs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry meatballs over medium heat to cook through.
Add sticky braai sauce.
Allow sauce to reduce.
Serve and Enjoy.
