Ingredients:
1.5 tbs heba pap or sunflower seed flour or almond flour
1.5 tbs butter, melted
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
1.5 tbs and 1 tsp sweetener (I used erythritol - use more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla
125g cream cheese
Method:
Using a ramekin, melt butter in microwave.
Add flour of choice, optional sesame seeds and teaspoon of sweetener - mix well and press down in bottom of ramekin.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, remaining sweetener and vanilla.
Smooth over ontop of base.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat this 10 times.
Place in freezer to set
Loosen edges with knife, add to a plate and enjoy
