Microwave Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

1 punnet mushrooms

200ml cream

100g cheddar

Salt to taste







Method:

In a microwaveable dish, add sliced mushroom, grated cheese, cream and salt. 

Microwave on high for 4 minutes 

Remove from microwave, stir and microwave again for a further 3 minutes.
