Easy Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:

2 mangos

Sweetener to taste (you may not need any)

200ml water.








Method:

Peel and chop mango into pieces.

Place mango, water and sweetener into a food processor.

Process until smooth.

Place in a freezer safe dish and freeze overnight.

Remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 5-10 minutes.

Cut into blocks and add half to food processor along with 30ml water.

Process until smooth and put back into freezer safe dish.

Do the same with the other half.

Freeze for atleast and hour, before serving.
