Banting Bubblegum Ice Cream

Warning: contains flavourant and coloring - coloring is optional. 


3 eggs

2 tbs sweetener of choice

40 drops Flavor nation Bubblegum flavor

Coloring (optional)

250ml cream


Separate eggs, beat eggs whites until stiff and set aside.

Beat cream until stuff, add to egg white.

Add sweetener, coloring and flavour drops to yolks and beat well.

Fold this into the egg white and cream mixture until well incorporated.

Freeze for at least 8 hours before serving.
