Banting Cinnabons


200g grated mozzarella
100g sunflower seed flour or almond flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbs cream cheese
1-2 tbs cinnamon
2 tbs sweetener
3 tbs butter


Place cheese and cream cheese in microwave safe dish.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Mix together well, add flour And baking powder, mix again.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Add eggs and mix well again.
Roll out into rectangular shape between two sheets baking paper, remove the top layer of baking paper.
Melt butter and Brush out over the rectangular dough.
Sprinkle sweetener and cinnamon over the top.
Roll as you would a swiss roll.
Prepare baking tin with baking paper.
Slice into 2 cm rounds and arrange in prepared pan.
Bake for approximately 30 mins or until top is browned and insides cooked.
