Spicy Banting Jerk Chicken

Ingredients:

4 chicken fillets
1 tsp ground allspice/pimento
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbs sweetener
1.5 tsp crushed chillies (dried)
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cumin/jeera
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
6 tbs olive oil

Method:

Mix all spice ingredients together with olive oil to make a paste.
Coat chicken fillets and place in a sealed zip lock bag.
Allow to marinate for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight).
Grill or braai until cooked through.
Enjoy!
