Kambas Gem Squash Wrap - Kamba Mpenge

Recipe by: Kamba Mpenge

Prepare the gem squash:
 Boil 5 small gem squashes, peel them and remove the seeds. Squeeze the water out - you will be left with approximately 145g flesh.

Wrap ingredients: 

145g cooked and mashed gem squash
1Tbsp psyllium husks 
¼ tsp baking powder 
Seasoning: dried parsley, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper and garlic powder

Mix ingredients together

This is what the mix should look like.

Melt your oil in pan.

Spread the mixture into the pan.

Fry for a few minutes and then flip over onto the other side to cook for a few minutes too.

Add your filling...

Roll, cut, serve and enjoy!!!
