Ingredients:
2 large carrots
¼ head cabbage
1 tbs sweetener of your choice
50ml cream
Method:
Wash and peel carrots. Grate with fine side of grater.
Wash outside of cabbage and use peeler or fine grater to grate cabbage.
Add to a bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate.
Serve Chilled
