Peanut Butter Yoghurt Frosting


Ingredients:

100ml double cream yoghurt
1 tbs powdered sweetener (or to taste)
1.5 tbs peanut butter
Few drops vanilla

Method:

Mix together all ingredients - first with a spatula, then with the whisk until smooth.
Spread or pipe onto your desired cake.
Enjoy!

Recipe makes enough frosting for 6 cupcakes.
