FREE - Red Meat FREE 7 Day Banting Meal Plan

Many ask for a Banting Meal plan that doesn't include Beef and Lamb due to various reasons - sometimes its as simple as both being generally more expensive than chicken, pork and fish - others simply don't enjoy the taste.

Let me be clear though - Eating Beef or Lamb while banting is perfect, and healthy too.
 



Monday:
Breakfast:

3 eggs scrambled with a dash of milk,
2 slices bacon
Mushrooms, all fried in butter

Lunch:

Salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, olive, onion)
Tin of tuna, flaked
Dressing: Mayo

Supper:

2 pieces chicken (Drumstick and thigh) – grilled, skin on
Medley of roasted veggies of choice (like pumpkin, baby corn, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower etc) (Make a double portion) – roast using Olive oil or High Oleic Carb Smart Sunflower oil.

Tuesday:
Breakfast:

Chia seed porridge (Use falooda/subja/basil seeds to make it cheaper)

Lunch:

Pork Rasher with leftover roasted veggies from night before

Supper:

Flattened chicken fillet, crumbed using heba OR sunflower seed flour OR almond flour and egg.
Cauliflower Mash
Creamed Spinach

Wednesday:
Breakfast:

2 Fried Eggs
Bread in a cup, buttered
Fried tomato slices
Grated cheese

Lunch:

Egg Muffins x 3

Supper:

Pork Chop grilled with oil of choice
Steamed Broccoli with added cheese sauce (cheese, cream cheese and Cream)


Thursday:
Breakfast:

Boiled eggs x 2, chopped
With mayo, tuna, grated cheese

Lunch:

Chicken Sosatie, baked
Baby marrow grilled, with olive oil

Supper:

Pork stir fry
With peas, peppers, spinach, cauliflower
Fried in oil of choice

Friday:
Breakfast:

Banting Sausage
2 fried eggs
½ avo

Lunch:

Salad (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, olive, onion, ½ avo)
Dressing, olive oil and Apple Cider Vinegar
Chicken Breast, sliced

Supper:

Hake, crumbed with heba, OR sunflower seed flour OR almond flour and egg, then fried in butter
Cauliflower Mash
Creamed Spinach

Saturday:
Breakfast:

Homemade pork mince burger patty
Topped with Avo, 1 egg fried, fried tomato slice and grated cheese

Lunch:

Egg muffins x 3

Supper:

Pork mince Bolognese (pork mince, tin of tomatoes, tin tomato paste, garlic, onion, herbs)
Served on zoodles

Sunday:
Breakfast:

Eggs, scrambled and fried as omelette
Stuffed with spinach, cream cheese and 2 slices bacon

Lunch:

Chicken Livers fried with onions
Served with buttered bread in a cup

Supper:

Pork Stewing meat – cooked with pumpkin and broccoli
Served on cauliflower rice
