Ingredients:
Half punnet mushrooms
150ml cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Butter for frying
2 tbs crème fraiche or cream cheese
Method:
Fry mushrooms in butter until done.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook until desired consistency is reached.
Enjoy!
