Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

Sweet, sour, salty...an awesone taste combination...


Ingredients:

Pineapple
Bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion salt for sprinkling

Method:

Top and tail a pineapple (slice off edges).
Divide the pineapple, as if you would slice a cake, into 8-10 slices.
Cut off the spiky outside of the pineapple.

Skewer the pineapple as above and wrap in bacon.
Season with onion powder, salt and pepper.
Secure bacon using toothpicks.
Braai until bacon crisp and cooked.
Enjoy
