Ingredients:
8 mushrooms
Half pack streaky bacon
1 tbs Garlic powder
3 tbs Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Slice the pieces of bacon in half and wrap around each mushroom, then skewer.
Place 4 mushrooms per skewer.
Melt butter with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place under grill or on braai and baste with butter mixture until cooked.
