Succulent Stuffed Chicken


4 chicken breasts
1/2 bunch spinach, stems removed
1/2 round feta
1 - 2 packs bacon
1 tsp oil of choice
Salt and pepper to taste


Wash, chop and steam spinach.
Crumble feta into steamed and drained spinach and mix well.
Make slits into the side of the chicken fillets.
Using a tablespoon, stuff the chicken.
Lay 3 slices bacon on a board.
Place stuffed fillets top down on the bacon.
Wrap tightly.
Lather oil in baking dish and add the wrapped fillets.
Bake at 180C for approximately 40 minutes.
Serve warm.


  1. Looks delicios, will try it. Just a suggestion: using recipes from another country can be frustrating... for example, what is half a round of feta? The weight in grams in brackets behind the description would make life so much easier.

  2. 1/2 Fetta is fetta cheese wheels So you only use a half of the wheel☺
