Banting Mushroom Pepper Sauce


5 ingredient simplicity!

Ingredients:

Half punnet mushrooms
2 tsp ground fine white pepper
1 tsp Cracked black pepper
4-6 tbs cream or mascarpone cream
Salt to taste
1 tbs butter

Method:

Melt butter in a pan.
Slice mushrooms and fry in butter.
Add salt and pepper and fry further until mushrooms cooked.
Add cream and reduce sauce until thicker.
