Banting Chilli Cheese "Pizza Pie"


Ingredients:

1 large head cauliflower
100ml cream
100ml milk
2 tbs paprika
1 large jalapeño
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup finely grated cheddar
1 tbs Heba Pap
More cheddar for top
4 slices salami





Method:

Wash and chop cauliflower.
Wash and slice jalapeños and add to cauliflower in an oven proof dish.
In a bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients except the cheese for the top and the salami.
Pour over the cauliflower jalapeño mixture.
Add grated cheese on top.
Chop salami into cubes and dot over the top of the dish.
Bake at 180C for about 40 minutes or until cauliflower cooked to your liking.
