RECIPE BY: MONA SAFIYA
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower rice
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup grated cheddar
4 eggs
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbs chives
Add fried finely diced bacon (or other similar type meat)
Method:
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter.
Add 1/4 cup batter to waffle maker and allow to cook.
If it sticks, allow it to cook a little longer until it no longer sticks.
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying!
