The "Who needs potatoes" dish


How amazing do these look? And better yet - they taste amazing too!

Ingredients:

2 large turnips
Salt to taste
Seasoning of choice
(I used food lovers market chicken spice)
Oil for frying

Method:

Wash, peel and chop turnips.
Boil until tender.
Fry in oil of your choice until golden on all sides.
Season and serve!
