Spiced Prawns


Simple and delicious!

Ingredients:

700g cut and deveined prawns
3 tbs oil of choice (I used HO sunflower oil)
3 jalapeños
Fish spice (see pic below)
2 tbs butter

Method:


Slice and fry jalapeño peppers in oil.
Add prawns and fry for a few minutes.

Spice the prawns on both sides using this above fish spice.
Turn over and fry the other side.


Finish it off with butter, making sure all the prawns are well coated with the butter.

Enjoy!
