Red wine, Rosemary and garlic roasted lamb


Ingredients:

1 leg of lamb
2 cups red wine
3 sprigs rosemary
Half bulb garlic
Salt and pepper
2 cups water

Method:

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stud with short pieces of rosemary, cut one stalk rosemary up and sprinkle.
Throw wine and water and peeled garlic in a roasting dish.
Add the lamb, cover roasting dish and place in the oven on 180C for around 3 hours.
Save the liquid for gravy, then place the leg of lamb under the grill for a few minutes.
Slice and enjoy with gravy.
