Banting Cheesy Wrap-Ups

Way easier than it looks...


4 blocks cheese (around 2cm x 2cm x 8cm)
1 pack streaky bacon
500g mince
3 tbs heba pap
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Herbs of choice


Skewer blocks of cheese.
Mix mince, heba pap, egg, salt, pepper, chopped herbs together.
Divide mince into 4 portions.
Flatten each portion and wrap and press well around the skewered cheese.
Wrap bacon around the mince.
Bake in oven for approximately 40mins.
Enjoy warm!
