Great on Lamb, Chicken or Pork, this spice rub transforms any meat into an earthy spiced mixture perfect for grilling or braaing (bbq!).
Ingredients:
2 tbs Paprika
1 tbs Thyme
2 tbs Oregano
2 tbs Coriander Ground
1 tbs Mustard
1 tsp Salt (sea salt or Himalayan)
1 tsp Ground pepper
Method:
Mix all spices and herbs together well.
Coat meat in mixture and save the rest till you need it again.
Allow meat to stand for at least 1 hour before cooking, and Enjoy!
