Simple Scramble!

A simple, affordable, delicious breakfast which can be used as a base for many additions like spinach, mushrooms, peppers etc.


Ingredients:

2 eggs
45ml amasi
1 tbs holsum to fry
Salt and pepper to taste.


Method:

In a bowl, whisk eggs, then add amasi and whisk well.
Melt holsum on high in pan.
Once fully melted, add the egg mixture.
Leave for 30 seconds, then, using a spatula or similar - stir egg in pan.
Fry until the eggs are fully cooked and serve warm.
