Minced Beef and Chicken Heart cheesy patties

Ah, what do we have here...tasty patties at a fraction of the price!


Ingredients:

50g beef mince
30g grated cheddar
75g minced chicken hearts
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl.
Flatten between your hands.
Fry over medium heat in a non stick pan - No oil added.
Let the bottoms become almost caramelized before turning over.
Once both sides are done, serve immediately.

Buns and other additional items optional.
