Crispy Turnip chips


Ingredients:
6 medium turnips
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs onion powder 
3 tbs olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan

Method:

Wash and peel turnips.
Chop into chip shapes.
Steam for 10 minutes or until almost cooked.
Set aside to cool.
In a bag, place the Parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika and onion powder.
Put turnip chips in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Place turnip chips into the Parmesan bag and shake to coat the chips evenly.
Bake in a 200C on baking paper in oven until edges are crisped up.
Enjoy warm
