Cheesy Herb Bread


Yummy herb infused cheesy bread - perfect with some melted cheese on top!

Ingredients:

4 tbs herbs of your choice - I used rosemary
200g heba pap
1 tbs baking powder
500ml amasi or milk or water or yoghurt
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
60g grated cheese

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C.
In a bowl, mix together the heba pap, baking powder, ccheese, and chop the herbs zadding them to the mix too.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and liquid and salt.
Mix dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Grease and Line a baking tin with baking paper, and press down mixture into tin.
Bake for 60 minutes, remove from tin and bake for a further 15 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing!
