Ingredients:
1 large onion diced
60g cheddar grated
4 eggs
200g heba pap
Sprinkle salt
500ml amasi, water or milk etc
1 tbs baking powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Mix together wet ingredients including cheese and onion. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Line and grease a loaf pan, place mixture into loaf pan and bake for 60 mins. Remove from tin and bake without tin for about 15 minutes.
Optional: sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
