HAKE WITH HEBA PAP FRIED IN HOLSUM
2 eggs (depending on amount of fish)
Hens pap for crumbing
Holsum for frying
Pat hake dry with paper towel.
Salt the fish or add salt to heba pap.
Dip fish in egg then in heba pap.
Melt holsum in pan...
FRY 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve with a Salad, and Enjoy!
