Fishy eggs! - Elize Swart

Ingredients:

80g haddock
50ml milk
30g grated cheese
1 tsp heba pap
1 tsp butter
3 tbs water
1 egg

Method:
Cook haddock fish in a small pot with milk..making sure not to overcook.
Take fish out when done.
In the same milk used to cool haddock, add grated cheese and heba pap or any banting flour..mix well over low heat ..set aside

In a pan add 1 tsp butter and water.. when boiling add egg.. put lid on.. cook for approximately 1 min..take off stove..rest 1 min for a soft egg yolk.
 
Plate up fish.. pour cheese sauce over..put egg on top.. salt n pepper to taste, and enjoy!
