Tasty, economical, and easy to prepare - these are a winner.
Try to buy the peeled ones...that was by far the hardest part about this...
Ingredients:
6-8 chicken feet
1/4 onion
2 tsp curry powder
1 tomato
1 tsp garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Boil chicken feet.
Dice tomatoes and onions.
Place 2 tsp oil in a pan, add the onions, garlic, curry and salt and pepper.
Fry for a few minutes to release the flavor of the spices.
Add tomato.
Drain chicken feet, reserving some of the liquid.
Add the chicken feet and some of the liquid to the pan with the curry in. Simmer on medium for about 10-15 minutes until the liquid is reduced and the feet have taken on the curry flavour
Enjoy!
There I went & put two tablespoons instead of teaspoon, I'm such a klutz!
ReplyDeleteHow long do you boil the chicken feet for (first time) before the curry spices?
