Banting Breakfast #1 - Chantal McCarthy


Ingredients:

3 Rashers Streaky Bacon 
2 Eggs 
4 whole cherry tomatoes 
Dash of cream
2 slices cheese (white cheddar)

Method:

Fry bacon until done. Add tomatoes and mushrooms to pan with some butter and cook until done. 

To clean pan add eggs mixed with cream and scramble until done. 

Plate up and enjoy.

    1. I use macon (cured lamb) since i don't like pork.
