This is likely the closest you will get to "proper" bread/rolls.
Unlike other low carb breads or doughs, this is light and fluffy.
Enjoy as the bun of your burger, or just with some ham and butter on.
Ingredients:
100g Heba Pap
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbs Psyllium Husk
1 tsp salt
3 egg whites
2.5 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
250ml boiling water

Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients until well combined.
Add egg whites and Apple Cider Vinegar and mix.
Slowly add the boiling water, bit by bit - do not over
mix.
Divide the dough into 4 and shape into a round disk and place on the baking sheet - then into the oven while dough still warm.
Bake for 45 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool completely before handling.
