Heba and Parmesan Crusted Chicken fillet

Deliciously moist and oh so easy!


Ingredients:
2 stalks spring onion, finely chopped
8 tbs grated Parmesan
1 tbs heba pap
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
150ml cream
4 chicken fillets
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together Parmesan and heba pap - set aside.
Sprinkle half mozzarella in a small baking dish.
Place chicken fillets on top of cheese.
Season to taste.
Throw the cream over the top of the chicken fillets.
Sprinkled spring onion on top and around chicken fillets.
Sprinkle crumb mixture on top and bake for 30 minutes.
Put the grill on and brown the top slightly (watch as it burns easily!).

Serve warm with a great salad or roasted veggies.
