Soft Chocolatey icing - perfect!
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Room Temperature Butter
1/2 Cup Cocoa
2 Cups Powdered Xylitol
50ml Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
50ml Boiling Water
pinch salt

Method:
Cream butter and Xylitol icing together until smooth.
Add Cocoa gradually and mix until well combined.
Add salt, and cream, mix, then lastly add boiling water, bit by bit while slowly mixing - until light and fluffy.
