Moist, tasty Salmon!
1 tbs butter
3 tbs amasi cream cheese
Zest of 1 lemon
1 spring onion (I used red)
1 tbs heba pap
Salt and pepper to taste
3 salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a bowl, whisk together butter, cream cheese and cream.
Place fillets into an oven proof dish.
Throw the sauce over the top.
Chop dill fine and sprinkle over the top.
Sprinkle chopped spring onion, lemon zest, heba pap and salt and pepper over the top too.
Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
