Chargrilled Marrow

Ingredients:

Marrow
Salt
Olive oil

Method:

Slice marrows. Sprinkle with salt and allow to stand for atleast 15 minutes. Position on grill, sprinkle with olive oil and braai until slightly tender and chargrilled. Serve warm and Enjoy!
