Blueberry Milkshake

Blueberries are higher in carbs than other berries, but they have a great nutrition profile!
This recipe only uses a few


40g blueberries
2 tbs double cream yoghurt
2 tsp heba pap
50ml water
50ml coconut milk
sweetener to taste


Place all in a blender and liquidize for a few minutes, serve chilled.
