Cheese and Tomato Bread


1 bag Heba Pap (200g)
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
80g cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
3 large eggs
450ml amasi/milk/water/yoghurt


Preheat oven to 180C. Mix together salt, heba pap and baking powder. Add cheese and tomato and mix well. Add eggs and liquid and mix until just combined. Bake for approximately 80 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing from tin. Slice and enjoy...freezes well.
