Enjoy with a little butter - and its a meal on its own!
Ingredients:
1 pack heba pap (200g)
100g bacon, chopped and fried
80g grated cheese
1 small onion, chopped and fried
450ml amasi or yoghurt or milk or water
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs

Method:
Preheat oven to 180C. In a bowl. Mix heba, salt, and baking powder until well combined. Add bacon, onion and cheese and mix. Lastly add eggs and other liquid and mix until just combined. Put into a well greased loaf pan and bake for approximately 80mins. Allow to cool completely before removing. Slice and enjoy!
Freezes well :)
