Fat Filled Loaded Coleslaw

Ingredients:
1 half head grated red cabbage
1 large carrot, peeled and grated
4 whole pickles, slices and finely diced
1 tin sliced baby corn
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup grated cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Mix all ingredients together and allow to chill for 1 hour before serving
