Quick Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:
200g strawberries
2 tbs sweetener
4 tbs water

Method:
Wash and chop strawberries.
Add to small saucepan, adding sweetener and water. Bring to the boil.
Allow to cook for about 5 minutes until the right consistency is reached. Decant into glass jars, allow to cool, then refrigerate.
