Ingredients:
100g crumbled feta
200g heba pap
2 tbs finely chopped herbs
1 tsp salt
4 large eggs
450ml amasi or yoghurt or milk or water
1 tbs baking powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together heba pap, salt and baking powder until well combined. Add herbs and feta, then mix. Add eggs and liquid and mix until just combined.
Place in a well greased loaf pan. Bake for approximately 80mins. Allow to cool completely in loaf pan before removing to slice. Enjoy! Freezes well!
